When someone leaves you , its never fun
You feel like a ditch is in your heart
Never forget them whatever you do
Find out who you are

This harsh towns like an ocean
One more second and you might drown
The tears of the mourners are heavy
They once loved but that was not found

Don't hold back those tears now darling
Express yourself however you need
Don't let the fear of the crying
Take the love of the one you have lost
It's the one thing in life you always do

Please Don't Run , From Your Pain
Take My Hand , We Can Sit Away
Now Please Don't Let Them Leave
Stay In My Company

This harsh towns like an ocean
One more second and you might drown
The tears of the mourners are heavy
They once loved but that was not found

This harsh towns like an ocean
One more second and you might drown
The tears of the mourners are heavy
They once loved but that was not found

I don't mean to sound rude, but this seems like something one of my wannabe songwriter ex girlfriends would have written.
It's generalized to the point where connecting to it is impossible and packed with cliche lines.

I think your hearts in the write place, but I would really suggest some reading. Go through this forum, read as many as you can, and look at what other people say about those pieces. Get a feel for what works and what doesn't. Start critiquing the pieces you read, and critique your own work too.
