I currently play with an rg3exfm1. I want a guitar that has the feel of a lespaul, but without having to pay for the Gibson brand name.

An off brand les paul, any ideas?

What's your budget?

You have cheaper stuff like Agile to more higher priced stuff like Tokai, Burny, Edwards, etc.

I know a lot of epiphone guitars are made really poorly, but are the high end epiphone les paul guitars good quality? I mean, have you ever played an epiphone lespaul special? It's a POS

Then I suggest eBay for the brands I mentioned, Greco as well. Make sure you check the shipping though, 'cause some could be deal-killers.

If you want to play before you pay, then go with gorrath and find a good Epi.

Icedit: All brands have lemons. In this price range, you should be able to find a pretty good one.
