So I'm thinking of a rig to get when I move to Uni next year.

PRS SE Custom 24
Blackstar HT-5 Combo.

As the Blackstar doesnt have built in effects, can anyone recommend me a cheap multi FX which can just do delay, chorus, reverb, flanger and maybe a wah?

I like to play rock, from Trivium to Avenged Sevenfold to Fightstar to Muse.

Well...

Boss ME-20, ME-50 or ME-70
Vox ToneLab ST
Line6 POD
Zoom also makes several multi-effects boards

There's lots of choice, just go to a shop and see what fits you.

TC Electronics G-Major. Get a used one if it's a bit too expensive. It's definately worth the money.

Schecter Tempest Classic Goldtop
Ceriatone 18 Watt TMB/EF86 2x12 - Lorantz Greenback's

I really enjoyed my Boss ME-30 while I owned it and if it were me in your shoes, the first thing I would do would be plug into an ME-50 - or find a used ME-30 again...

This.

Or a Damage Control Glass Nexus if you only want modulation.
