Hello

I am very confused and after reading many of these threads i thought why not ask myself.

My range in between 800-1000 AUD, and im looking for an all tube amp, i don't mind whether its a combo or head and cab.

15-30 watts seems suitable enough (very happy with the volume from an ac15 i once played), and i play from clean to jazz, blues, and indie rock. The hardest i ever play is hard rock.

Any suggestions?

Try:
Fender Blues Junior
Vox AC15CC1 (If you can spare another 100)
Used Vox AC30CC1

15 watts of tube should be pretty dang loud. And you know you can always mic it.
G&L Tribute S-500 -> Ernie Ball VP -> Boss SD-1 -> Fulltone OCD -> Small Stone Phaser -> Danelectro Cool Cat Tremolo -> Boss DD-3 -> Boss RE-20 -> TC Electronic Hall of Reverb -> Boss RC-2 -------> Modded Crate v18 Amp

It will, without a doubt, loud enough, especially with a microphone. Or, save up a bit, then get a used AC30.
