I just found this while researching the So-Cal (which I would appreciate some opinions on, BTW.)

I didn't think these were out yet?
Gibson SG Standard
Gibson Les Paul Traditional
Cort Explorer
Squire Standard Strat rebuilt with Fender USA parts
Squire Tele
Krank 1980
Orange Tiny Terror
Traynor YCV 50 Blue
Peavey Vypyr 75

Should be pretty sweet. The Blues Custom is great, and so is the valve series, I think the so-cal would be a great option.

I own a VJr, and I love it. I found a So Cal cheap, and I'm really diggin the JCM 800ish tones it puts out.

And it's only 299$
I just wonder how it will sound

Like Valve Jr. I Imagine. But then, that may be wishfull thinking. Im sure the'll hit the stands and get the shaft, like Marshall Haze. I NEED to play that amp, see what all the hate is about.

Will this be the fate of all cheap Tube amps?

the upgraded valve junior looks interesting. added a standby switch as well as gain and reverb controls. not sure i would rather have reverb than a tone control, but overall it looks like an improvement.

The thing that i find most interesting, is that the Valve Jr Hot Rod can also be used as a standalone reverb tank.

I'm curious to see how that sounds.

and the valve sr looks pretty cool.

I'm kind of excited for these... This is the first I've heard of them. I might have to pick up that 4x12 in the future for my HT-5. I'm excited to try out the So-cal and Valve Sr.

they were advertised in Andertons for a year or so now because I was gonna buy one but they didn't have any in stock.

These look awesome, I'm intrigued by the hot rod and valve sr. I'd also like to get my hands on a So-Cal, those are awesome amps for the money.
