Get the HT-5 combo.

I love that amp. I might get one myself. They sound much louder than you'd think a 5W would sound, and also those mini-stack things are a gimmick.
Fender Lite Ash --> TC Polytune --> Digitech Whammy V --> MXR Phase 90 --> EHX Small Clone --> Strymon Orbit --> TC Flashback X4 --> Rivera R55

Krank Rev Jr Pro.

Honestly, what are you using the amp to play?

it's so cool to hate Gibson, even the federal Department of Justice hates them.

It's only as loud as the amp's wattage. The speaker wattage does not determine the wattage of the total output, that's just how much power it can handle before the speaker blows.

Both of those amps are 5w.

I've had tube amps for a while now, but never actually had any go down on me

maybe you're not saying the right things? an amp likes to know you care.

so the head has the wattage

Yes, and the speaker(s) must be equal to, or more than the wattage of the head, at least if you want to be safe
