Ever try busting the best music you've heard down to five albums? If you could save only five albums from your burning house, which would it be? Probably the ones you've lost, bought again, played to death and still love listening to. It's tough to get to the five best, but fun to think about.

Mine are (in no particular order):

Black Sabbath - Dehumanizer
Judas Priest - Painkiller
In Flames - Jester Race
Machine Head - Burn My Eyes
White Zombie - Astro-Creep:2000

I'd grab my iPod.

My Ipod has many albums on it.

Alternatively I could try to grab my External hard drive, or my proper hard drive (if
I was feeling brave and strong) They have many albums on them aswell. Many more than my iPod.

Well, it is in the METAL forum, do you really reckon he meant 'all genres'?

As for my favorite albums:

Nevermore - Dreaming Neon Black
Black Sabbath - Master Of Reality
Baroness - Red
Strapping Young Lad - City
High On Fire - Death Is This Communion

With the exception of City, the other albums are subject to change, depending on my mood, and/or time of day.
Dyer's Eve is awesome, and has an abnormally large penis, which doesn't act as any hinderance to his everyday life despite its freakishly large size.

well he said "best music you've ever heard"

he might've just been wanting to get the opinion of metalheads, but not necessarily only on metal. xD

Post your favourites, but only metalheads apply!

If Mozart's Requiem is one of your top five, well... so be it.

As ridiculous as this may sound, I agree with Jester Race being one of the best metal albums ever done.

Actually is my #1 metal cd of all time along with Ensiferum's S/T.
