I've just had a collision whilst playing in my room. Getting too far into the mood and losing my balance I crashed into the wall of my room. No major damage and it looks like my wall took most of the damage.

I noticed a red stain obviously from my guitar on the wall and white on my head stock. I tried rubbing it off with a tissue and I noticed as I was rubbing it the tissue was turning red.

The guitar is a Gibson LP Junior Satin finish, I haven't had it for too long. Is this something I should be concerned about? I'm not too bothered by the damage the collision has caused, but I'm concerned about the staining of the tissue as I rub it.

I assume this finish is going to fade quick, what do I do to protect my guitar?
