It probably would look better like that. It's still delicious, though.

im sure the ESP designers are like this:
Hmm..
Lets do something different on our guitars..
Lets give them chrome bevels!!
Good idea, but what colour bindings are we going to give them?
Uh idk, just put some white ones on em.

Alot of stuff is great in there, especially the gold trimmed Les Paul, but this really stands out for me.

have you seen the gold trimmed les paul in person? because the binding is kinda yellowish/orangeish if you compare it with the gold hardware.

Those Kamikaze's and Eclipse FR's are beast.

They need to make an LTD version of the Phoenix.

I can vouch for that. I've seen one like that at GC and it's just as Gryphon described.

This little beauty is what caught my eye:

The Horizon looks exactly like a PRS.

Uhm. It looks nothing like a PRS.

The PRS resembles an LP Doublecut more and the Horizon is more of a superstrat with an arched top.
BTW: FR Equipped ESP V=teh secks.
Then there's this band called Slice The Cake...

Bunch of faggots putting random riffs together and calling it "progressive" deathcore.
Stupid name.
Probably picked "for teh lulz"

Okay, when I wrote the post I was thinking PRSs were wider, but still if you can't tell the differences between them then you're blind or ignorant. Sure there are similarities (quilt tops, two cutaways, 6 strings...) but still. Come ON!

PRS cutaway horns are shorter and the tail is rounded, with the ass end a tad bit wider. And the lower cutaway almost always exposes some of the body wood in the beveling, whereas the Horizon beveling still shows the maple.

Horizon cutaway horns are longer and the tail is more flattened, like a strat.

EDIT: To the TS, I hate factory yellowed binding on those ESPs. Give me regular white binding at let it yellow itself after about 3 years' time like on my Ibby Artcore.

If you're going to have a model pose with your guitar. It might help to have atleast one person on set who knows which way is up.

I saw that and thought "Epic guitar fail... need bigger pic to make poster from... But at least she knows how to get better upper fret access out of it "

I would buy ESPs if they werent such EMG *****s, The only guitars that dont use EMG's or ESP Pups are the Eclipse 401 w/ Duncans, but those only come in ugly Honeyburst finishes.

true, IMO you should be able to choose EMG's or Duncans for 400 series or higher.

but ESP's (and almost every other gear) are much cheaper in america.. like the LTD ex400, in europe it goes around for 720 euros (new) and in america for 350 euros (500 dollars also new).
