Hello everyone.

Tonight I am changing the strings on a guitar that I've had for a few years now and have changed strings on tonnnnnnnnns of times, but the B and low E strings keep popping out of the saddle! I have tightened them in there as much as humanly possible with my hex wrench but every time I try to tune up? POP!!

My guitar is an Ibanez RG350 and I'm using Elixer .010s which I've used before.

Does anyone know what's up with this?

is there any damage to the bridge/saddles?

I believe in the "personal opinion" school of thought, I doubt you've heard of it. Now, go waste your time on something that doesn't annoy me

Just make sure the strings are REALLY in there, not just sitting on top. THEN tighten it with the wrench as much as humanly possible.

Oh, DON'T use a knife. It cuts through your strings. I did that once, thinking, its the Low E, its invincible. Turns out, its not...
