for this, start by fretting both 7 with your pointer, and 9 with your ring finger. pick it, then hammer on 10 with pinky, then pull off the pinky, then pull off the ring. it will only be one picked note, but all 4 should be heard. similar style for the second one. hope this helps!

That looks familiar... And it's exactly what it says it is:

Pick 9, hammer 10, pull off 10 to 9 and then pull off 9 to 7.

Pick 10, hammer 12, hammer 14, pull-off 14 to 12, hammer 14 and pull of 14 to 12.

Hopefully that helps... There are a lot of pull-offs and hammer-ons but I'm sure you'll nail it eventually.

For the first one:

Pick 9, hammer 10, pull off back to 9, then pull of down to 7. Have your first finger at 7, third at 9, and pinky at 10. It's not much of a stretch.

For the second one:

Pick 10, hammer 12, hammer 14, pull off 12, hammer 14, pull of 12.

Put ur thumb behind the neck and you'll be able to stretch a lot more

If you fret with enough force, you'll get a sound out of it. Same if you kinda drag your finger as you're pulling off, effectively picking it.
