Whats the most intimidating part of a song you can play?
The part of the song were you are anxious to play and you know you might screw it up.

Mines is the crazy crain solo, not very original but I get anxiuos when I'm playing the power chords and I know the tapping bit is coming up

I remember having the exact same feeling for that exact same song. I just practiced my ass off until I was confident enough to play it. I think that goes for pretty much any "intimidating" moment playing guitar.

I haven't really learned a song in a while, so I can't really think of any off the top of my head. But yeah, the tapping bit in the Crazy Train solo is a bitch.

In one song I wrote there is a "Round And Round" styled fill where the band stops except for the guitar. Its easy, but it always makes me a bit anxious.

The easiest part of the song, seriously. I'll start to play the hardest part and nail it, and then I'll think I can handle the easiest part and totally **** up.

Oh and I always get the rhythm wrong on the intro riff to Breathe Life by Killswitch Engage

The sweeping at the end of Sequoia Throne. It has that right soft, epic build-up, which makes it worse, then...

BAM! I can't play the whole song in one run yet, I have to do it in bits and pieces.

has a terrible signature.

Hmmm.... the bridge in The Crowing by Coheed and Cambria always makes a bit tense. I nail most of the time, but it's a tough piece to play verbatim.

sweet dreams by stone, cause there is a really hard but cool harmonic that sounds when drums bass and rhythm guitar are on a rest, so it like makes or breaks the solo.

Yeah, but sometimes when I'm improvising a solo and I feel it's asking for a bend, and I find my pinky there, I'm like FUUUUUUUUUU-

I didn't find the tapping part overly difficult. In fact, I thought it was the easiest part of the solo.

The Beat it Solo, cos I only know up to the first two taps, the rest I just guess...

But seriously, probably the start of the solo in Binge and Grab by Buckethead, where it's really staccato and fast picked, it'd be fine, if it didn't have so much of a stretch
