I'd love to try them. For all the fretting(no pun intended) over tone around here, hardly anyone seems to give thought to their pick. I use everly star picks 1.00mm because they absorb some of the sharp end of my guitar's attack without sacrificing harmonic potential too much. I don't dare use them on my acoustic, though, as they dampen the sound too much. For acoustic I stick with one of Gary Allan's personal picks. Its a slick white plastic, and has great harmonic balance. I haven't found a tortoise pick that can touch it.
Tastes like chicken, if chicken was a candy.

i dont think you are right that very few people give thought to their pick

anyway i am picky about picks

Are they the ones that "apparently", James Hetfield was involved with designing or something along those lines?
They do look good though. I have a hard time finding picks that are sharp enough for my tastes and have to resort to sandpaper.

Sandpaper? I do the same to all my picks too. It extends their lifespan if you keep sanding down every time you feel they're getting used.

it's so cool to hate Gibson, even the federal Department of Justice hates them.

I always stick with my Dunlop Big Stubby 3mm. It's the best pick I've ever used. I like thick ones, they feel easier to play with, but I also like the Dunlop Turtex 1.14 mm, they are pretty good. Oh, and the Steve Vai signature Ibanez picks are pretty usefull picks as well.
But to answer your question, no. I haven't seen any in the guitar stores near me
-Epiphone Les Paul Studio
-Ibanez GSA60
-Fender CD60
-Roland Micro Cube
-Digitech RP80
-Dunlop CryBaby
-BOSS Phase shifter
-BOSS Mega distortion
-Big Stubby 3mm.

I can be a bit picky about picks as well...

No stores in my area carry them.

I just take my dunlop JazzIII and sharpen them with fine grit sand paper, works wonders and you can make a pick last about.........until you run out of plastic to sand down.

I've been using them for about a month now, since they gave out a single sample when you buy the Dunlop strings.
LOVE THEM. I was using a 3.00 mm stubby before and after I switched, the stubby wasn't sharp enough for my liking anymore.

I used one yesterday on a Strat, and on my V

and i didn't like it at all, as a matter of fact i threw it away

I'll stick to my Fender Extra Heavys

btw, i found them weird, and i didn't like the twangish tone it gave...

I have these and like them a lot.
Are they different than the Ultex material wise?
I think these are sharper than the Ultex.

I tried those 667.
Sharpness-wise they're not bad, but they're just too big.
