I am going from Ernie Ball regular slinky strings to Ernie ball skinny top-heavy bottoms. I have an Explorer with a Tune-o-Matic bridge. Will I need to adjust anything? I've always used regular slinky, so I have no clue if these new strings will put too much strain on the neck or anything.

I doubt it will do anything at all unless these strings are several gauges heavier. Check the intonation once you change them but that should be a regular thing for string changes anyways.
