Get an army of trained monkeys to do it.

It'll only take a couple of hours.

As someone said, copy and paste helps a lot.

Also, learning all the nifty little keyboard shortcuts can save major time.

What kind of keyboard shortcuts?
#8
Well if it's a piano part just click on the lines to insert the notes. Doing the same for a guitar part might not give you the right numbers on the tabs though.

Copy and past is a really good way, i wrote a song in like an hour doing that lol, then again i abandoned that song... but still copy and paste

Do it one page at a time, and spread it out over a period of ****ing ages.

Take your time so you don't make any major mistakes. That ends really badly.

Meh, it's music for church and last time I improv'd the whole time (I play bass, so even if I mess up I'm way down in the mix).

I've got until next Wednesday to get an idea of it, and then I have until the Sunday after that to get it pretty good. That includes learning the songs.

A true guitarist perhaps.

Just tab out the parts. Like verse, pre chorus, chorus, bridge or whatever it is and then make a note of what order they go in and how many there are. Shouldn't be too hard unless it's like a 30 minute song
#24
Just leave it in notation. Duh.

...modes and scales are still useless.

Is there a program where you can just set it to recognize where musical notes fall on a guitar??

Cause then maybe you could just type the notes into it and it'd give you numbers...

If I knew what notes were what on my bass, I'd do so. But I don't.

Wow, then learn it. It's not rocket science...or even basic chemistry.

Write the tab underneath the notes?
