hi there!

my friends and I started playing as a band and like most the RHCP, but I can't get a good sound for it from my gear. It's: squier strat from 80', a modded ts-808 to and a peavey studio pro 60.

I need recommends for overdrive pedals that can give me that sound - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bWiasx3VwzE&feature=related

Budget - 350 $

Thank u, Eitan!

sounds to me like a slightly gritty clean channel of a valve amp, your tube screamer should manage that tone, but a good valve od pedal is the one of the Blackstar ht series - http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Blackstar-HT-Series-HTDRIVE-Tube-Overdrive-Guitar-Effects-Pedal?sku=152007 but really i would look into a new amp.
Current Rig:

Eppy SG w/Swineheads, Marshall DSL 5c, Joyo Vintage OD, Joyo British Sound, Sounds Sounds Fuzz Face, GGG Guv'nor, Dr. Boogie Pedal, Crybaby in Red Sparkle, Digitech Hardwire Delay

The things I would do for a Les Paul...

I agree with Mybleedinglung8, the blackstar pedals are very good, I own one from the HT series and the tone is very versatile, it can do RHCP.
