I understand what Technical Death Metal is, and Ive seen some of the Highest Complexity, although now Im wondering What the Minimum Difficulty is to be considered among that genre.

Not saying that if I were to compose that genre, that I would shoot for the lowest margin.

Could anyone tell me what Band/song falls closest to "Easiest Technical Death Metal?"

He's looking for easy TechDeath

Techy CC songs (Purification By Fire, Frantic Disembowlnment etc) are not easy songs

I'd think that easy TechDeath is a bit of a paradox, since the music is meant to be technical.

Would the Necroticism album by Carcass qualify?
Jackson PDX Demmelition w/ EMG 81/85
Vintage Lemon Drop w/ Seymour Duncan JB/Jazz
Dean Z Bubinga w/ Seymour Duncan Blackouts

Blackstar HT-5 combo

the stillborn one by necrophagist is easy for the first minute or so, and stabwounds riffs are incredibly easy. but its still an oxymoron to call something easy techdeath

Ulcerate stuff seems pretty easy although i haven't heard much of it

Lulz at Oxymoron.
So would you say A Song like Stabwound would set the minimum for the Genre, Or close to it? The Riffs are easy, but the Soloing Definately brings up the Level.

Techy CC songs (Purification By Fire, Frantic Disembowlnment etc) are not easy songs

Ive played through them, And they weren't as hard as I expected them to be.
Frantic Disembowlment. Lol. Its not Technical, its just Difficult.

Krisiun isn't too hard. Ageless Venemous is a must-learn IMO.
