Is a bolt on 2 piece basswood guitar suitable for high output pickups such as a dimarzio dp 222 and a dp158?
And if so which amp would be best for this selection? around $300 if possible

Umm... any guitar is suitable for high output pickups, if that's the sound you want, then do whatever you want.
