Looking for some (DGCFAD) songs,

I'm into all that remains / trivium / killswitch / it dies today etc

I can play most of seek and destroy / enter sandman, and a few other metallica songs, but i want to venture into DGCFAD, or CGCFAD with my spare guitar, but i can't find anything that's easy or it's to easy and boring

I'm also open to dropped D songs (DADGBE)

sad but true, devil's dance from metallica are both a full step down maybe you could try those
#3
"drain you" by nirvana

i don't know if you're interested in that style at all but that song is very very easy and tuned down a whole step
#4
MoP actually sounds pretty good when played in D Standard.

And Death in My Arms by ATR. Fire in Babylon by SF. Behind Space by In Flames. Stand Ablaze by In Flames. Biosphere by IF. Timeless by IF. Almost all of the songs off of IF's first two albums, Lunar Strain and Subterranean, are in D standard.

Flying Whales by Gojira is a great Drop D song.

I don't do many full step songs (Pure coincidence to my musical tastes, not because I don't like it), but Disturbed does a hefty amount of Drop C, and Drop D.

Also, alot of Children of Bodom songs and Symphony X songs are in D standard, as well as Necrophagist.

It's all not really easy though

Six is a bit to fast for me i think,

I'm looking for stuff with like speed but not to much speed, but not those slow songs

Hard to explain but i'll check out all the suggestions tonight, never heard children of bodom but might look into them

Yeah starting to get it, but the tab i'm using atm isn't that good does anyone know the best tab out for this?

There's http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs/a/all_that_remains/air_that_i_breathe_ver2_guitar_pro.htm

or

http://www.killrbuckeye.com/Tab/ATRM-AirThatIBreathe_by_KillrBuckeye.gp5

Or what would be easier to play, i'm guessing it's very much the same tab just with different frets?

Love Buzz as covered by Nirvana. Why? Two improvised solos and a hard riff.

Yeah, it was recorded half a step up. They still played it a step down at times.

You could play the riff like this, though. Kurt switched to this riff in 1989, Not sure why. Maybe it had to do with the fact that he smashed guitars a lot and didn't adjust the action? *shrug* I'm probably wrong, Maybe he just wanted the riff to be more relaxing.
