So, I'm chilling on youtube listening to people playing guitar, and i come across these guitar solo's that are out of all these Japanese games, i cant pick the keys or some of the more interesting one's scales, a lot of them are just pentatonic, but am curious if anyone has any background knowledge on how composers write these solos, eg, what keys and scales.

Thankyou.

Japanese have a distinct "national"sound.

I say national, because they have their own characteristics which is featured not only in their game music, but also in their Pop (J-Pop) and rock music.

If you can link a particular piece of a game, then I can analyse it for you
