EDIT: Why close this thread? (Please dont) It has to be at least one kind player out there, that happens to love exactly the same songs as I, and want to share me 1or2 other great acoustic guitar songs that I haven't heard of...

I'll make this rather quick.

Does anyone know a enjoyable acoustic guitar song, pretty similar to thoose I listed below?

1. John Butler Trio - Ocean (live version)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6VAkOhXIsI0

2. andy mckee - rylynn
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JsD6uEZsIsU&feature=fvst

3. metallica - nothing else matters.
well... You have seen it before:P

4. wonderful tonight - Masakii Kishibe.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_w_sJfgbH14

(If there's a song here, that you havent heard about, LISTEN and fall in love)

I think those songs are my favourite of all time to play. Not the hardest, but definitively the most "catchy" song to play.
I used SOO many hours in my search for other "similar", catchy, new songs to learn, but I find none. :/
Please help me.. This forum is (after what Im aware of) the biggest guitarforum, so hopefully someone here, can help me !

best regards, Jon from Norway

John martyn has some great acoustic pieces.

Tommy Emmanuel too.
I've got something in my front pocket for you.
Why don't you reach down in my pocket and see what it is?
Then grab onto it, it's just for you.
Give a little squeeze and say: "How do you do?"

try drive by incubus or classical gas by anyone.

yes, Incubus is very nice. I played every acoustic song they got. (its one of mye fav. band) , but when it comes to pure guitar playing, Incubus is to "easy/boring" songs to play. no offence to incubus or you:P

classical gas is also one song I got hung up in long time ago, but its quite seldom I play it anymore.. I want something new! something catchy! something that makes me wanna play for hours!

to the other comments; I will check every artist tonight. thanks for tips, guys!
