Just figured it out, it's a natural minor scale in the key of C, right?

C Minor isn't a scale? O_o

You might also see the same notes written diatonically as C D Eb F G Ab Bb C. Note that each letter is only used once (except for the octaves).

You wouldnt write it like that though, it would be written

yes. Enharmonics I have noticed seem to be an issue most guitar players cannot grasp. Seing tabs with problems like that bothers me. generally speaking you dont mix sharps and flats and in a scale you should have one of each letter, not 2 D's (D, D#) but rather a D and Eb. again generally speaking.
