searched to no avail, and i didn't know exactly what i was searching for.
i need to know how to create a link to another web page, from a word of my choice, typed.
for example, if i were to say "click" and i'd basically want to make it a underlined link to http://www.whatever.com

It's available when you click the hyperlink button next to the bold, italics and underline.

EDIT: Oh wait, was this for the forums or something else?
