Hey guys this is my first post in this sub-forum. I recorded a song today, no vocals, bass, or drums though. Just two guitars recorded and mixed in Audacity. It's fairly short as well.

It's heavily influenced by Saves the Day, Bayside, The Get Up Kids, Say Anything, etc.

Critiques would be nice. The song is in my UG profile. thanks!

I really liked that, however, the rythym guitars treble was a little too high and it sounded kind of fuzzy and edgy (not in a good way). But what you were actually playing was really nice. The subtle lead you did underneathe the riffs really complimented them in a nice way. I actually found myself singing a little melody overtop of it and it's a really singable track, so I hope you decide to add vocals sometime in the future.

Overall a very nice piece.

Thanks for the kind words. I actually do not have much experience with electric guitars and gear in general...I was wondering why the tone was a little weird ahaha. And I do plan on adding vocals sometime is the future.
