It's honestly not hard to figure out.

Drop tune your guitar to Drop D, first off.

The first part is D: -0-0-3-0-0 (whammy random note) x a few (he actually uses his fernandes sustainer system harmonic, but I doubt you have that)

then the same thing but instead of whammy pedaling, play the fifth fret, A string

the little higher portion he plays is B string, 12th fret bends a few times, back down to the 10th of the B

then, higher D string: 0-3-0-5-0-3-0-0-3-0-6-6-0-3-0-5-0-3-0-harmonic

then drop it to the lower d-string...

The rest of the stuff in there varies from live version to live version, it's most just whammy pedal, whammy bar, bending, and pedal wankage. The last part he all out drops the low D to something else but I haven't figured that part out.

and take it to the muse thread.

No problem, that whole outro varies a lot based on the gig, but that's kind of the base model he goes off for the SS outro with different bends, harmonics, and etc. from gig to gig. The new born outro is usually based off Mic Fiend by RATM or Headup by Deftones.
