So, I recently got a macbook pro after using windows all of my life. I was using garageband (not for recording actual music, because it sucks ass at that), recording my friend talking for a joke basically, and it crashed, and now everything is lost. I thought macs never crashed, right?

So can anyone help me recover these files maybe?

I'd tell you to delete your Sys32 files but you're on a Mac. Even if you could, you'd know better.

I dunno what to tell you, man. Never had that happen to me before.

I'm not a fan of Garageband. Get Logic if you like the interface of Garageband but want something that doesn't suck.

You'll get better advice if you take this to reiffs & recordings where it belongs

Macs the problem here.

Fire it out of a cannon into the sun.

Quit hating.

Macs do crash just like ANY OTHER COMPUTER! Just not as much. Make sure you grab the latest updates from the system updater and don't run to many programs while running Garageband. This includes stuff in your dock. It will eat up your memory and can cause problems.

Get fruity loops instead. And a windowsbased computer.
