There's an original Boss CE 1 on my Clist for only 200$, wich I assume is a great price (correct me if I'm wrong)
My only drawback is how hard would it be to fix it? I'm asking because I'm aware some old pedals use some old hard to find chips that cost a lot. So yeah, would the chip be expensive to replace in that if it ever broke?

The chips wouldn't be thaaat expensive, but they would be pretty hard to find. I wouldn't pay 200 for a non-working one.

[quote="'[BurnTheDusk"]']Boss pedals may be built like tanks but I would rather buy a cardboard box that is on my side than pay for a tank that is working against me.

No it works fine, I was just asking if it would too much of a pain the ass to repair if it ever broke, but is 200$ a good price for a working one?

If youre bothered about it breaking, buy that Voodoo Labs clone of it.
