So i've got a old Tracer performer series ( i believe it to be a gibson les paul copy ) the quality is actually very good from the mid 90s .. the guitar is still in good condition except that the pickup cover ( gold ) and the bridge and the tuning keys have got kind of oxydation so it lookl ike the gold color is rusty or fade .

is there any way to clean it up or bring it back ( as best as possible of course ) and remove that ?????

any product i should consider ??

some anti-tarnish or jewelry cleaner. I tried baking soda+warm water (which I read works well), but I didn't realize that the gold actually corroded off of the hardware from sweat.. i recommend wiping down all gold hardware after playing, so your gold doesn't turn into chrome hardware.
