Hey guys, I was just wondering whether a .60mm string would actually fit in my nut that normally accomadates .46s.
Cheers.

Most likely not. But it can be filed to accept such thick strings. See a guitar tech/luthier to get it done properly.

With most regular machine heads they will accept up to about a 64/66 gauge. So you should be fine, try it and see if it does or not. If not then you can unwind the single outer coil of the actual string to help it slot through.
