simple question..

Fender Squier California series Fat Strat

or

Samick Greg Bennett Avion 1

mostly i shall be doing clean rythm or distortion power chords thru Vox AD50VT.. & above r the only guitars i can afford right now & i really can't wait, so no suggestions about "saving more money & getting better stuff" please..

The Greg Bennet models aren't too bad, but neither is the Squier, you'd have to play them to find out which suits you.

How about you don't get a 50 watt amp? You won't need more than 15 for practice.

Squier.

You CAN play anything with anything....but some guitars sound right for some things, and not for others. Single coils sound retarded for metal, though those who are apeshit about harpsichord probably beg to differ.
