I use these (greens and blues), or I'll file down regular Tortex blues to a sharp point.

Maybe you should create a thread that teaches others about all the various styles, materials, shapes, etc and then invite conversation.

*I don't use a pick*

But I don't know everything about picks so I can't.

Anyway, I use dugain picks.

I have a hematite pick , a few stone, A MAMMOTH!, bone, horn and a few more.

I LOVE THEM!

Searchbar, there's already a big thread on this.

Looks like you knew there was already a thread on it considering this was named V2. I don't know why you deemed it necessary to make a V2, but I use dunlop Jazz III XL

I recon they are for strumming strings, and you hold them between your thumb and index finger.

You seem really into picks.

My collection:

From the top, left to right, Purple Tortex Jazz, Jazz III's, Stubby 3mm, Extra Heavy Planet Waves Black Ice, Jim Dunlop Heavy Celluiod, Jim Dunlop Gel, a cut up Jim Dunlop gel before I discovered that Jazz III's exist, 1mm Tortex, and some random pick.

Obviously I don't use them all, only the Tortex Jazz and the Dunlop Gels.
#21
These don't work as well as Dunlop picks.. but they taste better...

Orange dunlop tortex picks. I'm too picky to use anything else...

*muffled snicker*

No, but seriously, I refuse to use anything else.

The first time I made that pun, it was a complete accident, and I was completely confused as to why my friend looked at me like I was a moron.

Fair enough. Might want to edit your first post with those rules though, most of them are forum rules anyway. Also like 311 suggested, some information on various kinds of picks in the first post would be nice.

Now I know this is a crazy idea but how about a plectrum.....

WITH MAC OSX IN IT?

I know its insane but a little macintosh within the pick would be cool!

The little screen and keyboard etc
It would be a best seller!

1) TS = threadstarter
2) Yes
3) Most guitar stores stock them. I had a bunch of them, they were black and it said "pickboy" on one side.

Carbon Fibre, MAC OSX, moonrock...these are not plectrum materials. This has nothing to do with lightening up, its plain offtopic trolling. If you want to talk computer and space travel go to the pit.
