I was just listening to the Iron Man Score (by Ramin Djawadi), which features electric guitar (played by Tom Morrello).

It sounds awesome, so I was wondering if there were any other film scores that use electric guitar along with the usual instruments?

Not a film, but Steve Vai played guitar on the Halo 2 theme.

There's a bit with an electric guitar in Pirates of the Caribbean 2 (I think 2). Also there's some pretty BA acoustic work in Van Helsing.

Yes. Bill and Ted's Bogus Adventure. Not a great movie, but a killer score by Mr. Vai.

No one has mentioned the Top Gun theme yet?

Pink Floyd have like three albums that were written as soundtracks for movies.
