Constructive criticism is always appreciated. Also I would be grateful if someone could tell me what genre this would be.

At times the rhythm of the melody seems a bit off, but maybe that's what you were going for? I liked it, i enjoyed that it wasn't another song in 4/4. It's a cool song! I'm gonna give it like a 7/10. Not because it was bad, nothing just really jumped way out at me. I really did enjoy it though, very original! Because it is so original, i have no idea what the hell genre to call it. I would say, just make up a word and you've got a new genre!

If you are for REAL c4c, mine is in a thread in this forum called "Big Cat Music Squad".

Its a polymetric piece; the rythym section is 5/4 and the melody is 11/16 with a pickup for a syncopated feel. I am also aware that it probably has more ambition than ability.

Hehe I like it, it's quite hard to get the ear round it to begin with due to the polymeter's, but I like it, nice acoustic melody and a nice chord progression with the strings. The one thing I would say would be to try and make the strings sound less synthlike, maybe increase the velocities in bits to try and make it sound more real.

all in all good man, nice to see someone trying to do something a bit different.
