I need some hand/wrist excercises/stretches that I can do off of the guitar.
I am in the very very early stage of getting carpal tunnel and these excercises would help release tension and stuff and can prevent this from happening again, I'm taking a break from guitar now until I am fully healed, so if anyone has some that they can share or a website they can link me to it would be greatly appreciated!

Uhh, how did you get that carpal tunnel in the first place? Do you tense up your hand while playing? Do you try to play fast without warming up? Is your wrist tilted when playing?

Here's a simple stretching exercise:

Do this with both hands, at least 10 seconds in each position. Don't pull too hard. It's not meant to hurt you. Also do it in the middle of practicing and playing.
