That's pretty amazing dude...reminds me a lot of opeth's earlier(greater) stuff, like the moor, demon of the fall, forest of october, etc...

The intro part was unusual and I'm not sure if track 4 fit it properly. Riff 1 was very emotional and very good. Verse 1 was a bit of a switch which came unexpectedly and quickly. Perhaps breaking the impact of riff 1 too quickly. It was a good riff for what its worth however. Bridge 1 was very dark and had an evil sound to it. Verse 2 then (compared to the darkness of Bridge 1) sounded amazing and contrasted the sinister tone of bridge 1 very well. The slow pacing chord progression at the end of the verse fit very well. The chorus was good but nothing special. It served it's purpose but just seemed to be filling in until we got back to the verse and bridge.

I think the solo 1 could have done with a bit of speed to it. Even if it was just a passing note or two. Solo 2 was out of key (probably intentional) but when bridge 4 kicks in is when the song really picks up. Bridge 4 is great. Chorus 4 is dark but kinda kills the build up of bridge 4. Though chorus 4 is still very dark and catchy. The outro doesn't really fit the rest of the song until bar 127 when it ends perfectly.

Overall I'd score it 7/10 (a reasonable score considering 10 is the best and 8 is Megadeths "a tout le monde" )

Critique mine please? https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1193566

I +1 the Opeth relation; this sounds a lot like Opeth, which is a really good thing. I don't have many negative things to say about this song...I'm not a fan of the more evil sounding parts (second half of bar 2) but this really is nice, I'd buy it.
