my guitars intonation is ****ed, i tried fixin it and i started with my low e.
the fretted 12th fret is higher than the 12th fret harmonic, so the string length has to be longer, right? well the screw on my bridge is as far back as it will go and its still higher, should i try raising my action too to increase the length more?

I'd get new springs first or add one the string claw.

I think if you raise the action the strings are actually slightly shorter.

How old are the strings that are on there?

What kind of bridge is on your Squier (spell Squier correctly)
