Yup just as the title states its a monster,

i acquired it from a friend without the moddification you see and horrendous action. so i lowered the action and set it up and then remembered some old jackson humbucker pickup lying around. looked at the mexi-strat and laughed then now what you see is the results.

Did your friends leave the room to go to the bathroom excessively? If so, they were masturbating.

if that is why you are playing guitar, then stop. play guitar because you like music, not because you want some pussy

I love it. I'm so down with ghetto rigged ****, it feels so much more personal. Also, no one will doubt that you did it yourself

Good job man, it gives off some really cool vibes.

If you look really hard you can see the white finish yellowed a little and its white where the pickguard used to be. Its cool and would be even cooler if you yellowed it more

Can I suggest something? Cover the other pickup routes. Looks cheap and crappy to me like that.

I wish I had a guitar for Drop B...

You CAN play anything with anything....but some guitars sound right for some things, and not for others. Single coils sound retarded for metal, though those who are apeshit about harpsichord probably beg to differ.

Drop B is for pussies IMO. B Standard is where its at. And once you retune to this superior tuning, do the world a favor and whip out some old school At The Gates.

That's freakin awesome! make the lines a little thicker though, so you can see it frm a distance better.
