I want to purchase something that has reverb, delay, flanger, phaser, chorus and other modulation effects.

Most multi effects has amp modelling, distortion, overdrive, or wah....which I dont need.

Budget: around 150-200

i'm not sure if it's got delay on it, probably not considering another pedal from that line is the dl4. i notice you already have a carbon copy though so i think the mm4 would be good for you, lots of mod effects and you can tweak them and save your settings to the footswitches. i've been wanting one for a while but i never have $250 at one time, always something to blow my money on

Your best bet for the modulation pedal will be the MM4. Eventide has the only other pedal that is similar, but you're looking at $400 with that.

For a cheaper delay with tap tempo check out the Boss DD-6 but you have to buy an external switch for that. If you can find a DD-5 they usually go for a good price, it's just the previous model. Beyond that, the Boss DD-20 which is $220 retail, or TC Nova Delay which is $250 and I would recommend it over the DL4.
I have a huge fear if rays.

Nah, the MM4 isn't very good, especially compared to the DL4. You should look into a TC Electronic Nova Modulator or an Eventide Modfactor even though they are over your budget.

Yes, the DD7 is totally worth it over the DD3.

How about an EHX Memory Boy? That'll give you a good analog delay and chorus. Very affordable too.

The fulltone choralflange will give you an awesome chrous and flanger, though it may be a little out of your price range.

Looks like someone needs to save a little more and get a G-Major.

also, delay and reverb arent modulation...

modulation is chorus, flanger, phaser, tremolo, vibe.

I've heard nothing but poor reviews for the dd-7.... go to Guitar Center (if you have one near you) they generally have both a dd-3 and dd-7 on display. Play both and see which you like better. People sing nothing but praises for the dd-3. I have a dd-6 and carbon copy and between the both I have all my delay needs met
