That is terrifying. Kids can be cruel, but that right there.... somethings totally wrong there. Those brothers need to be locked in a lab and extensively studied. They need to find out why some kids turn out like this.

Human behavior is too unpredictable. There are too many uncontrolled variables.

They should simply be sentenced to life, or get bullets in their heads. Sorry to say that but I'm pretty much sure that the attackers won't be able to get resocialised and actually be good citizens, and sadly they'll probably be sentenced lightly just because of their young age. This obviously was a vicious, wicked act and not a child's play accident, and they should be punished. I may sound harsh but we have so many accidents like this lately, all those teenage knife-wielding kids on the streets stabbing other kids just for the sake of it...if they don't respect the law then they should at least be afraid of consequences. If someone is 'adult' enough to torture or rape or kill somebody then he's 'adult' enough to die himself or spend the rest of his life in prison, that's what I think.

The guys from that case got taken to Kenya on safari as kids, given new identities and a crapload of money and a house each, then tried to sue.

If the law is anything like Aus, I don't think they can even get charged

It's disgusting, it really is. The UK's government seems to give the criminals more rights than the victims these days. It's astonishing thing that they give all that to the ones who committed this:

During the walk, the boys were seen by thirty-eight people. Two people challenged the older boys, but they claimed that James was a younger brother or that he was lost and they were taking him to the local police station. Eventually they led Bulger to a railway line near the disused Walton & Anfield railway station on Walton Lane, and attacked him.
Facts established at trial show that, at this location, one of the boys threw blue modelling paint on Bulger's face. They kicked him and hit him with bricks, stones and a 22lb (10 kg) iron bar. They then placed batteries in his mouth. James suffered skull fractures as a result of the iron bar striking his head. Although, Dr Alan Williams, the case's pathologist, speculated that James suffered so many injuries that none could be isolated as the fatal blow.
Before they left him, the boys laid Bulger across the railway tracks and weighted his head down with rubble, in hopes that a train would hit him and make his death appear an accident. After Bulger's killers left the scene, his body was cut in half by a train.

For those who don't know, James Bulger was 2 years old and 2 10 year old boys, who planned to kill a child, abducted him.

Yup, and that's the problem. Here in Poland they would land in a borstal where they would actually either become heroes among other inmates or get treated as pests. Either way, they would develop their sociopathic attitude even more.

If I'm honest and expressing my own opinion, people who are unfit to ever rejoin society should be put down. We do it with other animals why not our own species?

Things like this make me want to find out why human behavior is sometimes so irrational. I want to know exactly why s*** like this happens. The world is a horrible place, I just hope my kids never have to experience anything like this. What the hell happened to his kidnappers?

We are the only animal with the ability to reason, therefore we are deemed more valuable. we are the only species that takes it upon ourselves to not only kill other species for materialistic/egocentric reasons and we also wage that war on our own species.

This is immediately what I was reminded of. It's doli incapax (sp?). They are too young to realise the consequences of their actions. Some of the things they did is just ****ing ridiculous though. I wanna beat those stupid kids heads in.
