In Massachusetts if you have a red arrow pointing to the right and no sign stating "no turn on red", is this signal treated like a stop sign or a red light?

massachusets is one of the classiest places in the us. the people their are not hillybillys. they are having fun mocking the people that cant figure it out by confusing them with the near impossible road system.

I live in Massachusetts, and if you make that turn while there is a red arrow, you will quite possibly be sideswiped by an enormous Mack Truck.
