I see a lot of people using the term "headroom" referring to amps.

What's it mean?
How clean the amp is on higher volumes. More headroom = Higher volume without breaking up.

An amp with low head room will have a natural distortion, even if you don't want it to, on higher volumes. Making it impossible to get a clean tone out of.

High head room amps can be pushed without breaking up so your tone, distorted or clean, goes untouched.
