Still looking for an amp, all tube preferably, just show me what you got.

Ideally looking for a Blackstar artisan but not hopeful. Looking for around 30w really, start gigging very soon and will like to be able to pick it up fairly locally (anglia or lincolnshire and surrounding areas)

Just show me what you've got, the worst I can say is no.

Cheers

few more details
its a peavey ultra plus (made in the mid 90s)
is a US plug but i have a heavy duty transformer for it
120watt but has a half power switch, so u could still crank it up in smaller venues
3 channels+reverb
footswitch
the clean has a bright switch and the distortion channels have gain boosts, so you can really dial in any tone u want from the cleanest of clean to modern metal
is pretty rare in the UK, iv never seen another one sell here
was recently retubed and serviced
has fender groove tubes (not cheap!)
i could do you a deal with a cab as well if you need one
the head itself is in (dare i say) as New condition.. it was made early to mid 90s from what i gather and hasnt got a single rip or mark on it. which is remarkable since its traveled half way across the world.
iv used it next to Mesa dual/triple recs, diezels and other extremely expencive top of the range amps and well this is just as good... (in my opinion sounds so much nicer than the 5150 i used to have)

Thanks mate, but really dont need that much power for the gigs I'll be doing, the amps are usually mic'ed up anyway so theres no chance to crank it. Also, the transformer kinda puts me off a bit aswell, thanks for the offer tho mate. A fellow COWA attendee aswell I see. God I hated that place.

Still looking guys, after more of a combo than a head, but offer me anything.

Marshall 1987x 50 Watt head? loud, but I'll throw in the Marshall powerbrake with it. Last guy also had capacitors upgraded. 2008 model, it has 2 channels, but you need an A-B switch to go between them. or you can mix the channels.

Mesa/Boogie Express 5:25 for £1,100?

The £100 would be for me to nip up north, meet you at a train station.

by 'bundle', i take it that you're not including a cab with it? Where are you in the Uk, I'd ideally like to try it out first
#14
I'm in the Sevenoaks area of Kent, not too far south of London, and on the border with Surrey. I'm not including the Cab, mainly because it's not a good cab....you can have it if you want....but it's not good.

Hmm, I would definatly like to try it out before commiting to anything and its a long way for me. It also really stretching the top end of my budget until my tax rebate comes through. I was planning on caining the overdraft until they get their arses in gear, but can't quite go that far.

I will keep it in mind, but in the mean time the search continues....

Show me what you got. valve combo's around 30w especially, but like I say, anything is considered.
