practice with a full band with a 30 watt solid state amp (peavey vypyr 30 to be exact) i know i can play small gigs with it if i mic it up but i cant exactly do that in practice

i would get a better amp but i am saving for a car at the moment

if you read the sticky on amp buying it tells you what wattage you need for both solid state and tube

I can do it with my 12 watt, you should be able to with your 30 watt

If my 15 watt MG could get over drums, your Vypyr should have no trouble; just don't be afraid to turn it up.

I also hear the Vypyrs are loud for their wattages.
