I'm 15 years old, and i'm quite skinny and tall. I eat a lot and do no excercise, but I can't gain any weight, so I thought I might try to gain some muscle instead.
What are the best excercises to put a little bit of muscle onto my arm and stomach?
I'm prety much a stick insect now, I'm not really bothered by it, but it would be nice to look a little bit less skinny.
How long should it be before I see results?
