Well this is a bass guitar digitech multi effects pedal and its not working. I was hoping for some of your opinions on what could be wrong... here are the symptoms.

-Unit powers on fine and all the buttons work and everything lights up properly
- Input works correctly, I know because you can put the unit into tuner mode which is can successfully tune and register the notes.
- All the solder joints look fine and nothing looks burnt or fried.

So the last thing I can think it could be is the output jack. I need to get a multimeter on this thing and test it. I tried moving the output cable a little to see if it could get a connection some how but no luck. Im gonna get a multi meter on the output jack and the solder joints and make sure its reading some vault.

But if anyone else has any other suggestions I would really appreciate it.

Try diff. cables and amps.
Does it have a headphone jack? Then you know if anything is coming out at all.

cables are good, they are the cables I use on my guitar and amp so I know they work. Headphone jack is a great idea >< i feel stupid for not thinking about it.
