Does anyone know how I could use audacity to remove guitar to leave only a "backing track" I want to remove the guitar to still got the blues by gary moore, what frequency range should i remove?

Why don't people understand you need master tapes to completely remove only one instrument?

Can't do it, when a song is finished and exported all the tracks are mixed into one so you need the original file.

Unless you have some ugly EQing which is hard and doesen't have great results, your best bet is just a backing track.

Impossible, its one file, not several. Backing track is the way to go.

Yeah, that's not happening.

Unless you somehow have the masters, which I'm highly doubting you do.
