I can't find any evidence to prove they aren't....

and yet I can't believe they are....

My science teacher told me they're the same thing only elephants have larger penises in proportion to their bodies...and less hair...

He's wrong though, right Pit?

A mammoth is any species of the extinct genus Mammuthus. These proboscideans are members of Elephantidae, the family of elephants and mammoths, and close relatives of modern elephants.

One what level can't you believe they're not related anyway?

If the manatee or the dugong was a link, they'd come before the Afrotheria superorder. Which they don't. They're in the same order as elephants, and therefore cannot be links between the mammoth and elephant. The mammoth and elephant are part of the same order (proboscidae), part of the Afrotheria superorder. The manatee and dugong are of the Sirenia order, also part of the Afrotheria superorder.

Reminds me of me and my 9 year old cousin.

Man is he hairy!
I think its time to pack your things lets go,
To a place where we both know,
And dont worry, I'll drive real slow,
Spend some time before we go..
