^ Ya, sorry to be rude, but there isn't really a way not to. Does a square peg fit in a round hole?

Grab a hacksaw and get to work. Make it fit.

You're going to want a hard case for the V, those sharp corners and headstock could easily get damaged in a gig bag.
#8
Depends. I've known those Jackson RR models to fit in a generous gig bag. Protip: try a bass bag.

I'd like to see geometrical calculations on this. At what diameter to width ratio does this become possible?

No it doesn't. It actually works with all polygons.

Why are we discussing geometry in a guitar forum?

You CAN play anything with anything....but some guitars sound right for some things, and not for others. Single coils sound retarded for metal, though those who are apeshit about harpsichord probably beg to differ.

Haha I thought you were wrong, because I forgot which was the peg and which was the hole... I'm not Austin by the way, Bart. Isn't that tubadude?
