It's D#/Eb harmonic minor

it has a step and a half interval between B and D, so you can see it's a harmonic minor scale. As the interval is between B and D, the scale must start on D#/Eb, making it D#/Eb sharp harmonic minor.

Just double checked, and yeah, it's D#/Eb harmonic minor

Eb - F - Gb - Ab - Bb - Cb - D

I do see the step and a half.

Meh, maybe it's because i'm just note illiterate (which is very bad, I know.) when it comes to the fretboard.
