I've had my Vox Wah-wah pedal for about three months and now when I turn it on the wah still works but the volume decreases. I don't really know what pots do but could that be the problem? I also just put in a new battery.

it might not be the pedal ..looking at your gear ur fender amp might be the main problem.(these amps are really bad) it might not be the pedal at all....b4 u go tearin the pedal part try it on 1 of ur friends amps and see if it still does what its doin or call vox customer support
